Established in 1995, AL's 7-a-SIDE FOOTBALL MODULE (formerly Allan Peeperkorn's Becroft 7-a-Side Soccer) is a family-friendly football module based on the North Shore of Auckland that encourages competitive and fun football.
We celebrated the 25th anniversary of the module in the 2019/20 summer season. Everyone involved in the Module builds on the success of the first 25 years under the late Allan Peeperkoorn's leadership during which time he created a welcoming environment for everyone involved.
Whether you've been there from day one or are looking to join us for the first time, all are welcome and we look forward to seeing you on the fields and in the Clubrooms after your game.
The Competitions
- There are Men’s, Mixed & Women's competitions all held on a Monday night.
- There are up to 6 comps:
- Men's: Division 1, Division 2,
- Mixed: Division 1, Division 2
- Women's: Division 1, Division 2
- Grading will depend on the number of teams entered.
- Finals Day will be held on Sunday 2 March 2025 and will feature games for all teams.
The Venue
- Taharoto Park, Takapuna FC (previously held at Sunnynook Park).
Time of Games
- Games are two 20 minute halves, with no half time breaks.
- Game times are 6:00pm, 6:40pm and 7:20pm. Where possible, we will aim for your games to be played in the same time slot every week.
Round Dates
First Round of Games – Monday 28th October 2024
Final Round of Games before Xmas – Monday 16th December 2024
First Round of Games after Xmas – Monday 13th January 2025
Final Round of Games – Monday 24th February 2025
Finals Day – Sunday 2nd March 2025
Team Fees
- EARLY BIRD $600 per team if paid by Monday 14th October 2024
- After Monday 14th October: $650 per team
- Teams will be entered on a first come, first served basis. Any teams that have not paid their fees by the first round of games may be removed from the module to accommodate those on a waiting list.
Referees
- Referees qualified through Northern Region Football courses will be provided.
