Youth Summer Football

2024/2025 SUMMER SEASON

Grades 13-15 Mixed at Taharoto Park

For players aged 13-15, the Summer 5's offers a fun and friendly environment, with casual Wednesday games bringing together players for a fun kickaround. There are no training sessions outside of the Wednesday game days.

Team Entries Now Open! 

For the first time, we are allowing team entries for the Summer 5's! 

You will only be able to register as a team, rather than an individual player.

Teams can be registered with 5 - 7 players. 

How to Register a Team:

One person will be required to register the team.  A email link will then be sent to that person, who will then forward to the players in their team so that they can register and pay for their individual entry fee.

Spots are limited—we will only be accepting 4 teams, which will play on a rotation system within a league structure.

Key Dates:

• Kick-Off: Wednesday, 30th October 2024
• Weekly Game Time: 4:30 PM at Taharoto Park
• Christmas Break: Final game before the break is on Wednesday, 11th December 2024
• Restart: Wednesday, 29th January 2025
• Final Day: Wednesday, 26th February 2025

Uniform / Playing Gear:

• All players must wear:
  • Shorts and socks
  • Moulded sole football boots
  • Shin pads (compulsory)

Cancellations:

• Decisions to cancel due to bad weather or council ground closures are made by 2 PM on Wednesdays.
• Parents will be notified via email, and updates will be posted on the club website and social media channels.
